Modena - Sala dei Torresani

Sala dei Torresani
The tile placed in Sala dei Torresani in 1898 to hold a plumb line that reached the base of the tower. The Torresani were custodians that since 1306 kept watch over the city, giving the signal to close the doors in case of danger.
